At Pinky Ji, we’re committed to providing an exceptional dining experience. To ensure we maintain the highest level of service, the following booking policy applies:

• A $40 per person pre-authorisation is required to secure all reservations.
• Cancellations or no-shows without 24 hours' notice may result in a $40 per person charge for any unattended guests.
• Groups of 6 or more are required to dine on our tasting menu — dietary requirements will be accommodated on the day.
• Online reservations are available for up to 12 guests.
• Reservations for 13 or more guests and any amendments must be made via email at helloji@pinkyji.com.au.
• Groups of 10 or less: 2-hour seating limit.
• Groups of 10 or more: 2.5-hour seating limit.
